Base Salary
$102k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and improve secure, maintainable code using AI-assisted development tools, testing, telemetry, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to scalable software architecture and design decisions, document technical choices, and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Execute project and release plans, including secure deployments, flighting, experimentation, and automation.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and operate reliable cloud services while supporting incident response and live-site health.
- Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into feature design and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservice architecture, scalability patterns, and high-availability architectures is preferred.
- Experience developing REST-based APIs, messaging patterns such as Service Bus, Event Hub, and Storage Queues, and cloud storage technologies such as Cosmos DB is preferred.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and operating cloud services, with industry experience in Azure, AWS, or Google cloud technologies, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and LLM-based coding assistants, Agile development, debugging, performance optimization, and collaborative problem solving is preferred.
