Base Salary

$147k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Write product or system development code.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product changes and user feedback.
  • Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
  • Implement generative AI solutions, use ML infrastructure, and contribute to data preparation, optimization, and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or one year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Two years of experience with generative AI or large language models, such as building LLM-powered applications, RAG, AI agents, or prompt engineering.
  • One year of experience building prototypes or applications using generative AI models, such as Gemini or other large language models.
  • Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
  • Preferred: experience or knowledge in exploratory data analysis, predictive modeling, experiment design, large-scale computing, machine learning, simulation, and mathematical optimization.

Benefits

  • US base pay is listed at $147000–$210000, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
