Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and design for the AI Private Banker full-stack platform across mobile and backend systems.
- Build and maintain Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and web.
- Design and operate distributed backend services supporting recommendation engines, conversational AI, and real-time personalization.
- Translate product goals into phased technical roadmaps and make architecture and implementation trade-offs.
- Drive engineering standards through code reviews, technical mentorship, and architectural guidance.
- Own the technical strategy for a unified experience across platforms and global markets.
- Integrate AI/ML model outputs into consumer applications with real-time performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Required experience as a Senior Staff or Staff Engineer shipping complex, large-scale consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Strong experience designing, building, and operating high-throughput, fault-tolerant backend services.
- Proven technical ownership of a major product area and ability to make informed architecture and implementation trade-offs.
- Experience with data systems, APIs, and pipelines supporting AI/ML outputs in user interfaces.
- Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers on architecture, performance, and operational excellence.
- Preferred experience in FinTech or another highly regulated industry.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS and cloud-native development.
- Proficiency in one or more high-scale backend languages such as Go, Java, Python, or Clojure.
- Preferred experience building conversational AI interfaces or recommendation systems.
- Preferred experience scaling mobile applications across multiple global markets.
