- Mentor engineers and raise technical capability across the organisation.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in solving complex engineering challenges across web, mobile, APIs, cloud and AI.
- Ability to set long-term technology direction and connect business strategy with enterprise architecture.
- Ability to influence major decisions and build alignment across senior leaders and technical communities.
- Strong command of modern engineering practices, including reliability, resilience, security, performance, accessibility and technology risk.
- Ability to champion innovation, mentor engineers and lift technical capability across a large and complex organisation.
