Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve platforms and services that support the business.
- Develop tools, systems, and infrastructure with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of production systems.
- Strengthen core systems used across the organization to increase engineering productivity.
- Take ownership of projects and responsibilities while collaborating with teammates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Python building large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience working on a Linux platform.
- Proven success working with large data sets or data-intensive applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent.
- Reliable and predictable availability.
