Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement digital, analytics, programming, automation, and process-control solutions for manufacturing plants.
- Define appropriate controls hardware platforms and systems in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
- Analyze manufacturing process data, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare proposals for cross-functional projects.
- Lead multidisciplinary research, development, engineering, and digital-transformation projects.
- Transfer new process-control technologies and methodologies into manufacturing and train manufacturing and engineering personnel.
- Document process-control findings and implemented technologies in technical reports and functional specifications.
- Generate intellectual property through invention disclosures and patent applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least five years of manufacturing industry experience with successful automation and/or optimization project implementation.
- Programming experience with Python, C#, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with web development, .NET, Flask, Microsoft IIS, Visual Studio, and Git.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present proposals across multiple organizations.
