Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement digital, analytics, programming, automation, and process-control solutions for manufacturing plants.
Define appropriate controls hardware platforms and systems in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
Analyze manufacturing process data, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare proposals for cross-functional projects.
Lead multidisciplinary research, development, engineering, and digital-transformation projects.
Transfer new process-control technologies and methodologies into manufacturing and train manufacturing and engineering personnel.
Document process-control findings and implemented technologies in technical reports and functional specifications.
Generate intellectual property through invention disclosures and patent applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
At least five years of manufacturing industry experience with successful automation and/or optimization project implementation.
Programming experience with Python, C#, HTML, and JavaScript.
Experience with web development, .NET, Flask, Microsoft IIS, Visual Studio, and Git.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL, and Power BI.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present proposals across multiple organizations.
