Base Salary
$209k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape the technical vision and long-term roadmap for enterprise architecture tooling.
- Design AI-driven governance, risk-management, compliance, and architectural guardrails.
- Architect, test, deploy, and optimize critical distributed systems, microservices, and full-stack platforms.
- Write code, conduct architecture reviews, develop proofs of concept, and evaluate codebases.
- Build resilient, secure, horizontally scalable cloud-native systems using modern programming languages, containers, databases, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and risk and governance partners.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical consulting, drive engineering standards, and contribute to open-source initiatives.
- Experiment with emerging technologies including LLMs and automated compliance agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: 9 or more years of experience with Golang and Python.
- Preferred: 4 or more years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- Preferred: 4 or more years of experience with open-source frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion.
