Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and solutions.
- Design and execute software validation test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Automate software validation processes and investigate root causes of system issues.
- Support software installation, deployment, continuous integration, monitoring, and release activities.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Respond to customer requests, gather clarifications and feedback, and support quality customer interactions.
- Maintain quality assurance, on-time delivery, reporting, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming and delivery skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Power Platform for Microsoft 365.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, maintaining, and documenting software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to develop test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to troubleshoot defects, improve performance, and support software deployment and monitoring.
- Ability to communicate with clients and cross-functional technical teams.
