Responsibilities
- Design solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and other roles.
- Develop, enhance, deploy, and operate DMS applications for Česká spořitelna.
- Automate builds, testing, and deployments.
- Improve solution performance, security, quality, and operability.
- Analyze problems and propose appropriate technology approaches.
- Manage applications in production and reduce technical debt.
- Use AI tools to accelerate routine daily work.
Requirements
- University education is required.
- At least two years of experience in a comparable position or field is required.
- Professional knowledge of one programming language or tool and basic knowledge of a second are required.
- Experience with E2E integration, performance, and regression testing.
- Good English for regular workplace communication.
- Experience with GitHub and a GitOps approach.
- Knowledge of integration design, Oracle databases, SQL, REST, SOAP, XML, and Kafka.
- Ability to read UML diagrams.
- Preferred: cloud experience; practical Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift experience; CI/CD and GitHub Actions knowledge; and broader experience in architecture, analysis, testing, security, or performance.
