Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scope required integrations and align them with customer goals and sales expectations.
- Build relationships with software vendors and establish new integration connections and interface points.
- Design integrations with new vendors using existing building blocks.
- Understand customer workflows, goals, systems, and requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Support integration implementation from requirements gathering through technical deployment and post-live support.
- Provide feedback to improve integration design and implementation strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences, healthcare, or a relevant field.
- Experience working directly with customers and third parties, developing customer relationships, and gathering requirements from business and system stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly understand requirements, create corresponding solutions, and contribute hands-on to implementation.
- Preferred experience with large-scale healthcare IT deployments and standard integration patterns.
- Preferred experience leading or planning data validation, mapping, and testing efforts.
- Preferred knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7v2 and FHIR, and authentication or authorization schemes such as OAuth2.
- Preferred ability to work with vendor interface specifications and troubleshoot interface issues.
- Preferred experience developing reusable integrations with multiple vendors and creating model implementation plans.
- Preferred SaaS or cloud experience managing site CTMS or eISF systems, and clinical research site experience.
