Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Kinaxis solution architecture across supply chain planning functions.
- Design scalable solutions, data models, planning hierarchies, control frameworks, and integration architectures.
- Partner with client leadership and business process owners to gather requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, process assessments, solution blueprinting, and executive transformation discussions.
- Lead Kinaxis implementation and enhancement projects through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Guide functional consultants, developers, and project teams while ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Define integrations between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Support data flows, master data governance, data quality, automation, AI-driven planning, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of enterprise architecture experience focused on supply chain management and advanced planning systems.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning and supply chain technology implementations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse.
- Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of planning processes and supply chain operations.
- Functional expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP/IBP, supply chain analytics, and process design and transformation.
- Technical expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, data modeling, SQL, integration architecture, APIs, middleware platforms, and data governance.

- Full-time role with a stated annual salary range of $131,700 to $278,100 for British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
