Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize full-stack software applications.
- Write code, automate software validation, design and execute test cases, and resolve errors and defects.
- Investigate problems, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, clients, and engineering staff.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, obtain feedback, and support timely delivery.
- Maintain customer-focused communication and respond promptly to customer requests.
- Complete continuing education, training, and relevant certifications to maintain current skills.
Requirements
- Mandatory full-stack MERN development skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software systems, data usage, workflows, and system issues.
- Ability to design, code, test, debug, modify, and document software applications.
- Experience developing and automating software validation through test cases and usage scenarios.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Strong customer focus and ability to support quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, participate in training, and complete skill-upgrading certifications.
