Base Salary
$167k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop an AI compensation analyst using proprietary compensation data.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build end-to-end products.
- Execute multi-step workflows across Pave's platform.
- Shape the technical vision and execution of AI solutions.
- Understand customer problems and translate them into product features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval systems.
- Strong product instincts and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience shipping features in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High agency with a bias toward action and ownership.
