Responsibilities
- Lead clients in their AI adoption, define AI visions and target pictures, and translate them into prioritized transformation roadmaps.
- Plan and coordinate AI-enhanced development for new digital initiatives and independently create software architectures.
- Support frontend and backend development teams in solving technical challenges and delivering software solutions.
- Introduce and continuously improve AI usage across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate hands-on in all phases of interdisciplinary software development and contribute to Scrum teams.
- Coach colleagues and engineering teams, share knowledge, and guide the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Solid knowledge of frontend and backend development and relevant industry trends.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages in the Java ecosystem, JavaScript ecosystem, or cloud-native environments, including Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, or Go.
- Experience and capability in using AI-powered tools such as code assistants and LLM-based workflows, and in guiding engineering teams through AI adoption.
- A hands-on mentality, strong communication and coaching abilities, and big-picture thinking focused on sustainable client impact.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
