Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize mission-critical applications within Kubernetes and other container orchestration environments.
- Provide advanced technical escalation support to the Technical Support Engineering team.
- Lead joint solution development with technology partners to enhance the Portworx ecosystem.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and collaborate with sales teams for successful adoption.
- Build and deliver compelling demos and reference architectures showcasing Portworx's value.
- Create high-quality technical content in Japanese, including deployment guides and operational runbooks.
- Support daily customer deployment, integration, and optimization activities.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency with strong technical writing ability.
- Deep knowledge of compute infrastructure, storage systems, and container orchestration technologies.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, or distributed storage architectures.
- Practical experience with DevOps and automation tools such as Terraform and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms like Prometheus or Grafana.
- Senior-level experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
