Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, technical learning paths, and certifications.
- Provide one-to-one workshops, roadmap sessions, and technical deep-dives for strategic partners.
- Advise partners integrating Docker into service offerings or product stacks.
- Support joint account planning, co-selling opportunities, product positioning, and technical validation.
- Guide partner sell-with and sell-through models and clarify product delivery readiness.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap alignment, beta or EAP programs, and technical integrations.
- Advocate for partner feature requests and co-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional Field SEs on market-specific requirements and vertical priorities.
- Create integration guides, architectural diagrams, enablement videos, and other reusable technical content.
- Represent Docker at partner events, conferences, and webinars as a technical expert and evangelist.
- Own the technical strategy for one or more partner segments such as ISVs or CSPs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or similar technical roles.
- Proven partner-facing or channel solutions engineering experience at a developer tools, DevOps, DevSecOps, or cloud infrastructure company.
- Deep technical understanding of Docker, containers, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of application security and software supply-chain security, including SBOMs, image scanning, and secure delivery pipelines.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, infrastructure technologies, and security best practices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating scalable enablement content and delivering both one-to-one and one-to-many technical education.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and technical alliances teams.
- Willingness to travel to partner sites and events, approximately 30% of the time.
