Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to understand their product areas and requirements
- Represent Support Engineers within the assigned product area and promote cross-functional alignment
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for self-serve launch tools and internal launch settings
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, presentations, and explanations to prospects
- Guide Customer Success Managers through implementations and support training and escalations
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues after launch
- Develop deep product knowledge to support client needs and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Attract top-tier talent to the team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer at a SaaS company
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Strong understanding of product development and launch processes
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and product management teams
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with QA processes and developing self-serve tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week
