Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the architectural roadmap for identity proofing systems and retail platform integrations.
- Design robust frameworks for real-time risk scoring and fraud prevention.
- Establish best practices for microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and API design.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to Product and Operations teams.
- Lead investigations into systemic anomalies and implement data-driven improvements.
- Design systems for advanced performance management and automated service quality measurement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a dedicated Architecture role.
- Mastery of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka), and Cloud-Native patterns (AWS/Google Cloud/OpenShift).
- Expert knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and CCRA identity proofing standards.
- Deep familiarity with high-concurrency environments utilizing Go, Rust, or Java (Spring Boot).
- Strong background in Cyber Security, Identity Access Management (IAM), or FinTech.
- Extensive experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or ART environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence executive stakeholders and mentor teams.
