Responsibilities
- Act as a technical thought partner to Anthropic’s go-to-market partnerships team and strengthen partner technical capabilities
- Embed with system integrator and cloud partner technical teams to provide enablement, troubleshooting, evangelism, and escalation support
- Collaborate with partners to identify industry-specific generative AI applications and develop joint solutions and reference architectures
- Provide solution architecture guidance and technical expertise to unblock strategic customer deals
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, customer workshops, cloud summits, conferences, developer events, hackathons, and enablement sessions
- Gather partner feedback on Anthropic products, offerings, use cases, and deployment patterns to inform product and partner strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
- Track record of partnering with global or regional system integrators and/or cloud providers on complex technical challenges from solution design through customer delivery
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, manage trade-offs, and balance competing priorities
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and enabling others
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
