Responsibilities

Understand clients’ business strategies, high-level requirements, and processes.
Design overall functional, technical, and integration solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O.
Demonstrate future-state solutions and provide solution demonstrations to clients.
Develop customized approaches and bespoke solutions for complex business problems.
Document solution designs and review complex functional specifications, integrations, and module changes.
Act as the design authority between functional and technical teams.
Guide client Programme Directors and Project Managers and communicate solution progress.
Share knowledge with project team members and other functional consultants.
Deliver work in accordance with Hitachi Solutions’ Quality Management Policy.

Minimum four years of experience with Dynamics for F&O.
Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O solutions and integrations.
Demonstrable Solution Architect experience and strong knowledge of solution and integration design.
Experience developing customized solutions to complex business problems.
Relevant Microsoft certifications.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Logical problem-solving approach and ability to introduce structured change into operational systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize, with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Willingness to travel to client and company offices across Europe when necessary.
