Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ business strategies, high-level requirements, and processes.
- Design overall functional, technical, and integration solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O.
- Demonstrate future-state solutions and provide solution demonstrations to clients.
- Develop customized approaches and bespoke solutions for complex business problems.
- Document solution designs and review complex functional specifications, integrations, and module changes.
- Act as the design authority between functional and technical teams.
- Guide client Programme Directors and Project Managers and communicate solution progress.
- Share knowledge with project team members and other functional consultants.
- Deliver work in accordance with Hitachi Solutions’ Quality Management Policy.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience with Dynamics for F&O.
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O solutions and integrations.
- Demonstrable Solution Architect experience and strong knowledge of solution and integration design.
- Experience developing customized solutions to complex business problems.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving approach and ability to introduce structured change into operational systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to client and company offices across Europe when necessary.
