Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and upgrade existing Counter-UAS software architecture.
- Design and modify tactical software components, interfaces, and data flows.
- Develop secure communications protocols involving encryption, MFA, and access control.
- Build cloud-integrated data collection and transfer software for DIL environments.
- Create remote command-and-control, monitoring, and configuration tools.
- Integrate, test, and validate software in simulated contested conditions.
- Support cybersecurity, RMF/ATO activities, patching, and security updates.
- Present technical results and maintain system requirements documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of tactical or embedded software experience.
- Strong development experience with C, C++, Python, and Java.
- Experience designing or modifying complex software architectures.
- Experience with secure network communications, encryption, MFA, and access control.
- Experience developing software for DIL or contested cloud environments.
- Experience with remote C2, monitoring, and configuration software.
- Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity, secure coding, and RMF/ATO.
- Strong technical writing and ability to brief Government stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes C-UAS, SHORAD, LIDS, fielded tactical software, DIL cloud or edge architectures, DoD-approved cryptography, ATO packages, containers, or classified agile development.
