Base Salary
$205k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems serving millions of borrowers and financial partners.
- Contribute to architecture and roadmap planning and influence core project direction.
- Lead by example through engineering excellence, best practices, and high code quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and help develop the team’s skills.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to deliver meaningful solutions.
- Propose and iterate on organization-wide engineering processes with other senior leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong technical expertise and experience with production-grade systems at scale.
- Experience with Python, React, Postgres, and AWS is useful, though diverse technical backgrounds are welcomed and these technologies can be taught.
- Product-oriented mindset focused on user and business impact.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
