Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems for millions of borrowers and financial partners.
- Contribute to architecture and roadmap planning for core projects.
- Lead by example through engineering excellence and high code quality.
- Mentor junior engineers to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions.
- Propose and iterate on organization-wide engineering processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong technical expertise in Python, React, Postgres, and AWS.
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade systems at scale.
- A product-oriented mindset focused on user and business impact.
- Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
