Responsibilities
- Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into basic and detailed technical designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, research, development, prototyping, and proof-of-concept work for new and existing systems and processes.
- Develop, customize, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain code, applications, and systems.
- Administer, configure, and support enterprise tools across identity management, collaboration, version control, CI/CD, monitoring, service management, analytics, workflow, lifecycle management, and productivity.
- Lead integrations across enterprise tools using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines supporting development and deployment workflows.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and global cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve tool usage.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and tool-use best practices.
- Ensure security and governance compliance across supported platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working independently or in groups as a lead programmer analyst on projects within established timelines.
- 4+ years of experience in API development with deep knowledge of API protocols and gateways.
- Strong monitoring and logging skills with Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with KNIME, Jama, and Fisheye/Crucible.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices.
- Experience with enterprise identity management and security compliance.
- Familiarity with Azure, GCP, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
