Base Salary
$159k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into effective workflow automation solutions.
- Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications and third-party services.
- Administer and manage Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Implement security measures and data loss prevention policies within the Power Platform.
- Monitor usage metrics and optimize platform performance, resource allocation, and environments.
- Develop reusable components and templates to streamline development.
- Provide end-user training and support and stay current with Power Automate features and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform administration and governance, including security models and role-based access control.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, data integration, and data migration within Power Platform.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals are preferred.

- Hybrid schedule requiring four days per week at an MUFG office or client site and one remote day.
- Base pay range of $159,000–$194,000 for New York/New Jersey, plus possible discretionary performance-based bonus or incentive compensation.
