Senior Java AI Engineer

- Design and implement Agentic-enabled workflows that improve developer productivity and software quality.
- Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate requirements analysis, development, testing, production, and operational activities.
- Implement AI agents and automation for planning, development, testing, review, integration, deployment, and operational support.
- Identify and automate repetitive engineering tasks to reduce manual effort.
- Support production applications, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and accelerate root cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, Developers, operations, and support teams.
- Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge artifacts.
- Contribute to technical design, implementation planning, AI-assisted development practices, and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java and Python.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise software applications.
- Experience transforming traditional SDLC processes into Agentic-driven Application Development Lifecycle platforms using AI agents.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted development capabilities within software engineering teams.
- Strong background in solution design, software development, testing, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
- Practical experience applying AI to software design, development, code review, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG concepts, AI agents, context management strategies, and AI evaluation and validation techniques.
- Experience with software development frameworks, microservices, event-driven architectures, database design and integration, and secure coding practices.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery approaches.
