Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative software solutions that support digital transformation and business performance.
  • Design, code, test, and review applications while upholding coding standards and software quality.
  • Build full-stack GenAI agent products using React/TypeScript front ends and Python/FastAPI back ends.
  • Architect and implement LLM-powered agent workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand needs and deliver tailored software solutions.
  • Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
  • Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for software improvements.
  • Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables within client service engagements while maintaining professional, technical, and independence standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Preferred fields of study include artificial intelligence, business analytics, computer and data engineering, computer science, human-computer interaction, industrial engineering, information systems or technology, machine learning, management information systems, and software engineering.
  • Experience with React/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
  • Strong client relationship management, critical thinking, problem-solving, coding standards, and code review capabilities are preferred.
  • Developing proficiency in React Native and scripting languages is preferred.
