Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using Mendix.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Mendix applications for product functionality and user experience.
- Test, debug, monitor, and optimize application quality and performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Document technical processes and procedures and support knowledge sharing.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions and promote development and deployment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of application development experience.
- Strong Mendix background and expertise.
- Expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance product solutions.
- Mendix Advanced Developer Certification.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and quality-focused skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and hybrid work models.
