Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical system design for business applications including data models, schemas, and workflows.
- Design generalized systems that cater to a broad customer base.
- Co-own the product surface and ensure elegant technical systems.
- Define design specifications for agentic systems to generate Doss' custom DSL.
- Translate multi-customer requirements into clean system designs.
- Validate release readiness to ensure alignment with design and scalability.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals and operations domain fluency.
- Experience in designing systems for AI agents operating on structured data.
- Ability to empathize with a varied customer base as a product thinker.
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer is preferred.
- Experience in designing generalized system architectures in areas like inventory, procurement, or ERP is a plus.
