Base Salary
$275k - $377k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and evolution of major platform components.
- Build scalable and reliable features for customer data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on initiatives.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code following best practices.
- Set and champion engineering standards for code quality and operational excellence.
- Improve the observability platform’s tooling and processes.
- Lead responses to complex production incidents for rapid resolution.
- Identify technical opportunities and drive initiatives to address them.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building complex distributed systems, preferably with Golang, Python, Kubernetes, SQL/OLAP databases, Kafka, and stream processing.
- Hands-on experience in designing and scaling production infrastructure.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Focus on delivering customer value through technical solutions.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to an inclusive engineering culture.
- Ability to work in high ambiguity and drive problems to completion.
