Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery by understanding workflows, KPIs, constraints, regulatory requirements, and priorities.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and map them to product features, roadmap items, and customizations.
- Explain solution value through data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Define system data exchanges, map fields and transformations, validate data, and guide product configuration and customer IT readiness.
- Partner with Project Managers and the Customer Experience team on UAT planning and execution.
- Track issues, support defect triage, manage readiness checklists, and coordinate customer and internal cutover activities.
- Document requirements, source-to-target mappings, data ownership, quality rules, historical data risks, and future integration opportunities.
- Contribute to Statements of Work, scoping workshops, estimates, demos, and early project sales support.
- Serve as the technical liaison across customers, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Experience, and go-to-market teams.
- Support or deliver product demos and training and ensure effective handoffs to customer administrators, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of the U.S. transmission interconnection ecosystem.
- 3–6+ years of experience in a customer-facing solutions role such as Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling using BPMN, UML, or similar methods, gap analysis, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/CSV data, authentication, data mapping, and basic ETL concepts.
- Ability to read payloads, propose data mappings, and identify edge cases.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and test queries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting project execution, including issue tracking, risk management, test planning, Jira, and Confluence.
- Flexible, proactive, organized, and ownership-oriented approach suited to a scaling B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or other implementation methodologies.
- Experience in a startup, scaling SaaS company, or similarly dynamic environment is preferred.
- GIS, data pipelines, iPaaS tools, security and compliance awareness, PII, audit trails, RBAC, or CII familiarity are preferred.
- Comfort with Figma, Lucid, or Draw.io is preferred.
- Light Python scripting for data checks or transformations and experience with Tableau are preferred.
- Must qualify as a U.S. person under applicable federal law.
