Base Salary
$95k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand customer workflows, KPIs, and constraints.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.
- Develop knowledge of products to map requirements to features.
- Explain the value of solutions in terms of data quality and efficiency.
- Define data exchange processes between GridUnity and customer systems.
- Guide configuration of products and ensure readiness of IT environments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and manage readiness checklists.
- Document requirements and compare them to market best practices.
- Contribute to Statements of Work and act as a technical liaison.
- Deliver product demos and training to customers.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in a customer-facing solutions role.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and process modeling.
- Experience with systems integration concepts and data mapping.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and test queries.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project execution and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Familiarity with implementation methodologies like Scrum or Waterfall.
