Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI, GenAI, agentic, and traditional software architectures that are modular, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Integrate LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, agentic systems, model-serving pipelines, backend services, APIs, databases, and user interfaces.
- Architect cloud-native solutions across AWS and multicloud environments, including containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
- Define patterns for AI model integration, agentic workflows, observability, monitoring, logging, performance, data governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI.
- Design data pipelines for structured and unstructured data and ensure secure identity management and authentication.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute hands-on code within solution development teams.
- Provide technical leadership in architecture reviews, design discussions, solution validation, governance, and technical team mentoring.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Owners, stakeholders, and business functions to deliver AI systems aligned with enterprise standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, including at least 3 years in AI-related projects.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale, cloud-based AI and non-AI systems and using AI coding agents to accelerate full-stack development.
- Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, model training techniques, evaluation metrics, foundation model integration, and agentic systems design.
- Expertise with AWS, multicloud services, serverless computing, Terraform, and infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
- Strong architectural knowledge of vector databases, AWS OpenSearch, Azure AI Search, Snowflake, SQL, NoSQL, event-driven architectures, and graph architectures.
- Advanced Python proficiency, strong backend development experience, and command of modern frontend ecosystems; TypeScript is advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, microservices, secure and highly available systems, and software security and compliance.
- Bachelor's, master's, doctoral, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers, with strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, business acumen, consulting, and responsible-AI awareness.
- English proficiency at C1+ level and willingness to work from Hyderabad during hours overlapping Central European Time.
