Responsibilities
- Serve as a pre-sales, customer-facing technical expert who aligns Salesforce solutions with customer digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies.
- Support early and middle sales-cycle activities, including solution alignment, proofs of concept, and technical deep dives into AI and data products.
- Act as a subject matter expert in business strategy, application architecture, data, integration, security, and AI.
- Understand business and technical requirements and determine appropriate technologies for customer-driven architectures.
- Lead business and technical discussions around organizational change programs.
- Develop repeatable propositions and go-to-market strategies for sales teams.
- Design and manage agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agents, optimize LLM prompts, and architect enterprise AI solutions.
- Use Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Flow to unify customer data and orchestrate AI-driven business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
- Hands-on experience in customer-facing architect or consultant roles.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications, software delivery, and system architecture.
- Coding experience and willingness to work with Apex, Node, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of database fundamentals, data management tools, and integration architectures and patterns.
- Proficiency with software development and application lifecycle management, including Git, test automation, CI/CD, and release management.
- Understanding of network, application, and information security principles.
- Direct experience with agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, prompt engineering, RAG, chain-of-thought, enterprise AI architecture, API gateways, and data pipelines.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow.
- Excellent communication, leadership, relationship-building, strategic problem-solving, and time-management skills, including communication with executive audiences.
- Salesforce Certifications and/or Trailhead Superbadges are preferred.
- Experience with design thinking, persona-based discovery, compliance and risk mitigation, graduate study, or a related area is a bonus.
