Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of adversarial security assessments focused on AI/ML systems.
- Continuously test LLM, RAG, and agent systems for adversarial risks and automate testing in CI.
- Design and run red-team attack suites covering prompt injection, jailbreaks, retrieval poisoning, model extraction, membership inference, and agent tool-use abuse.
- Deliver proofs of concept, fixes, attack-path and vulnerability reports, mitigation options, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cyber defense teams to develop improved defensive capabilities.
- Write tools, establish infrastructure, and automate assessment tasks and operations.
- Research emerging technologies, industry trends, best practices, and vendor solutions to recommend and assess security products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in offensive security or security research.
- Demonstrated adversarial AI experience.
- Python experience and replay or fuzzing automation experience.
- Experience with a security testing standard or framework such as the MITRE ATLAST Framework.
- An adversarial mindset and strong critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in regulated environments is preferred.
- OSCP, GXPN, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working in complex, diverse, and global environments are preferred.
