Base Salary
$167k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM-powered systems for compliance environments.
- Develop agentic workflows that integrate retrieval, tool use, and human oversight.
- Create interactive AI experiences for users to engage with compliance data.
- Build AI systems for reasoning over structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure AI outputs are traceable, explainable, and auditable.
- Architect and deploy scalable AI systems in production environments.
- Optimize AI systems for latency, cost, and reliability.
- Embed human-in-the-loop workflows and safety guardrails into AI systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python; TypeScript experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG system design.
- Proven experience building LLM-based applications in production.
- Track record of taking AI systems from concept to production.
- Ability to decompose complex tasks into agentic workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
