Sr. Solution Engineer - Nonprofit Mid Market Team

Responsibilities
- Discover and analyze customer goals and map them to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
- Deliver technical wins through compelling, customized, story-driven demos and presentations.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs and develop technical points of view aligned with industry knowledge.
- Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform tied to customer business value.
- Build relationships with sales teams and account contacts and communicate customer requirements to product and engineering teams.
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications and travel domestically up to 20%.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional work experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector or software industry.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile company environment.
- Technical expertise in CRM, AI, analytics, business intelligence, digital marketing, or community engagement.
- Ability to lead discussions with organizational leaders and individual contributors and articulate technical value through discovery and demos.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, presentation, collaboration, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous sales experience and Salesforce Administrator experience are preferred.
- Background in nonprofit management or operations and/or Salesforce technology is preferred.
- Ability to create and deliver customer-facing software demos is preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator (201) and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
