Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy the systems and services underlying Delphina’s platform.
- Partner with scientists, researchers, and engineers to transform how machine learning is done.
- Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and worthy of customer trust.
- Help shape product direction, critical technical decisions, technology, and company culture as a founding team member.
Requirements
- Experience leading and building production systems for major product initiatives.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Go, Python, Scala, or Java.
- Strong ambition and motivation to build an unusually high-quality product.
- Experience with large-scale processing technologies such as Spark and Flink is a preferred qualification.
- Experience working directly on machine learning, either by partnering with model-building teams or building models, is preferred.
