Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and improve highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead infrastructure provisioning, deployment, incident response, and operational workflow automation.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for safe and repeatable software delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, security, and product teams to embed reliability, security, and operability into systems.
  • Own observability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and service health dashboards.
  • Define and track SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and other operational metrics.
  • Respond to production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support on-call operations and promote DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native practices.
  • Mentor team members and influence infrastructure standards, technical decisions, and platform roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, networking, security, and distributed systems.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Ability to lead through influence, communicate across teams, and drive high-quality execution.
