Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the platform ecosystem for integrations and extensibility as use cases expand.
- Architect and build systems capable of processing a high volume of transactions.
- Design, implement, and support scalable fault-tolerant systems that minimize customer impact during failures.
- Participate in the transition to a microservice-oriented architecture.
- Build, support, and maintain production-grade software after launch.
- Deliver features and business solutions end to end across the technology stack.
Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Strong working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience developing solutions in various programming languages.
- Knowledge of web service technologies and building REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience delivering end-to-end business solutions.
- Five years of relevant experience.
- Ability to own features across the stack and apply solid production-grade fundamentals in infrastructure, backend, data, frontend, and delivery.
- Daily use of coding agents for bounded tasks with review and routine delegation of feature-sized work, while owning design intent, test strategy, and merge quality.
- Strong product mindset and ability to make technical trade-offs and collaborate with specialists.
