Base Salary
$95k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the platform’s integration ecosystem and its extensibility capabilities.
- Design and build systems capable of processing high transaction volumes.
- Design, implement, and support scalable, fault-tolerant systems that minimize the impact of failures on users.
- Contribute to the migration toward a microservices-oriented architecture.
- Support and maintain production systems after deployment.
- Manage features across the full technology stack and help remove blockers for colleagues.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience developing solutions in multiple programming languages.
- Excellent command of PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Knowledge of web services and REST and GraphQL API development.
- Ability to develop, support, and maintain production-quality code.
- Strong technical skills across infrastructure, backend, data, interfaces, and deployment, with sound judgment about when to involve specialists.
- L2–L3 AI-assisted development experience, including reviewing coding-agent output and retaining ownership of design intent, testing strategy, and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver complete solutions end to end.
- Five years of relevant experience.
