Base Salary
$180k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, and maintain full-stack features for file upload and management, shared knowledge bases, agent skills and integrations, and enterprise data synchronization.
- Own features from technical design and implementation through testing, launch, and iteration.
- Write minimal code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms and strong security and privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling teams to validate requirements and prototype quickly.
- Improve engineering practices through patterns, testing discipline, code review, and mentoring.
- Use AI actively while remaining accountable for the quality and reliability of shipped software.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping substantial full-stack code with Python and React.
- Strong coding ability and comfort working across the full stack.
- Experience building and deploying extremely performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications to millions of users.
- Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and objectives.
- Product-owner mindset, including evaluating whether a feature should be built before determining how to build it.
- Strong user-experience judgment and willingness to challenge designs or specifications that do not serve users.
- Experience owning features end-to-end, from identifying the user problem through shipping and measuring impact.
