Base Salary
$180k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, and maintain full-stack features for large-scale file upload and management, shared knowledge bases, agent skills and integrations, and enterprise data synchronization.
- Own features from technical design through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Write minimal code that runs in low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms and stringent security and privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling teams to validate requirements and prototype quickly.
- Improve engineering practices through patterns, testing discipline, code review, and mentoring.
- Use AI actively while remaining accountable for the quality and reliability of delivered software.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping substantial full-stack code with Python and React.
- Strong coding ability and comfort working across the backend and frontend stack.
- Experience building and deploying highly performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications at million-user scale.
- Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and objectives.
- Product ownership mindset, including evaluating what should be built and owning features from user problem discovery through impact measurement.
- Strong opinions about user experience and willingness to challenge designs or specifications that do not serve users.
- Experience owning features end-to-end through technical design, implementation, testing, launch, and iteration.
