Base Salary

$90k - $115k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship AI-native tools, agents, and automations in Clay and adjacent platforms for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Integrate LLMs and agentic patterns, including prompt design, retrieval, and evaluations, into production GTM workflows.
  • Build integrations and automation frameworks across Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo, and emerging AI-native platforms.
  • Diagnose and improve pipeline management, forecasting, sales enablement, and partner operations workflows.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define measurable solutions.
  • Own solutions end to end, including prototyping, backend services, deployment, monitoring, reliability, evaluation, and data-quality guardrails.
  • Measure adoption and business impact and use those results to prioritize future work.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or software engineering focused on data- or AI-driven applications, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations that solve real business problems.
  • Deep familiarity with Clay or a comparable enrichment or automation platform and GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Looker.
  • Ability to write scripts or connect systems through APIs and webhooks using Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder requests into well-defined, measurable solutions and ship iteratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience integrating LLMs or ML into production systems, including RAG and evaluations, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses or BI tools such as Redshift and Sigma is preferred.
