Base Salary

$75k - $110k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead business and systems requirements analysis, impact analysis, design, and systems specification activities.
  • Manage Epic interface builds within the Epic Bridges application.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support Epic interfaces and HIPAA X12, HL7, and custom EDI processes.
  • Develop healthcare EDI integrations using Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft BizTalk Server, T-SQL, SQL Server, and SSIS packages.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, business process, interface, and system issues.
  • Support Epic upgrades, interface workgroups, change management, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and production operations.
  • Review system logs and management products to detect and correct issues and monitor problem tickets through resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and end-user support while coordinating with application teams, in-house staff, and outside vendors.
  • Communicate status, coordinate work, and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, although equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2–3 years of application development experience required.
  • Three to five years of relevant Epic integration and EDI transaction processing, design, development, and maintenance experience in Microsoft technologies is highly preferred.
  • HL7 certification or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Microsoft BizTalk Server concepts related to EDI processing, including maps, pipelines, schemas, and orchestrations, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the QNXT data model and health insurance business applications and data models is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business analysis and systems integration processes is preferred.
  • Ability to lead Epic integration and EDI solution development and apply core programming principles.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, time-management, and project-management skills.

  • Hybrid work model with weekly and monthly in-office days at 399 Revolution Drive, with flexibility to work onsite for business needs.
  • Full-time Monday–Friday schedule during standard Eastern Time business hours, with 40 scheduled hours per week.
  • Remote work requires a stable, secure, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace verified through Microsoft Teams.
