Base Salary
$105k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite, Coupa, and related finance-system customizations and integrations.
- Build integrations with Shopify, Salesforce, data warehouses, and middleware using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
- Automate reconciliations, data synchronization, reporting pipelines, and finance data flows.
- Write SQL and saved searches for cross-system reporting and finance analysis.
- Administer NetSuite and Coupa, including configuration, system health, change management, roles, permissions, and access reviews.
- Configure finance workflows, approval routing, records, forms, notifications, procurement settings, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage sandbox refreshes, release-preview testing, feature enablement, bundle/SuiteApp management, licenses, and subscriptions.
- Support period closes and monitor integration errors, audit logs, and data integrity while triaging issues with vendors and internal teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance systems engineering, ERP administration, or systems integration.
- Demonstrable hands-on NetSuite experience covering both SuiteScript development and administration.
- Hands-on Coupa experience and the ability to administer finance and procurement workflows.
- Experience managing system integrations through APIs and/or middleware tools.
- Ability to write SQL from scratch and familiarity with reporting and data-warehouse concepts.
- Strong understanding of finance, procurement, and accounting workflows.
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or SuiteScript Developer are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Shopify, Avalara/AvaTax, iPaaS middleware, AI coding tools, or high-growth physical-product companies is preferred.
