Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interface improvements, and hardware-software integration specifications.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on requirements, progress, quality risks, and delivery schedules.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, implementation, MIS reporting, and customer-satisfaction goals.
- Respond to customer requests, capture clarifications and feedback, and maintain professional communication.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow SaaS.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, code, test, debug, and maintain applications.
- Ability to automate validation processes and create and execute software test cases.
- Experience with software documentation, reporting, troubleshooting, and status tracking.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow best practices, and complete assigned certifications.
