Base Salary
$152k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create complex, scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
- Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, and operational outcomes at scale.
- Define guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, auditability, traceability, and reuse across AI-enabled engineering workflows.
- Apply software development lifecycle tools and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities.
- Advise cross-functional teams and serve as the function’s subject matter expert.
- Create durable, reusable software frameworks leveraged across teams and functions.
- Influence business, product, and technology leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Help define enterprise-scale AI-enabled target-state architecture and next-generation customer experiences.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on roadmaps and solution architectures.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages.
- Experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams.
- Ability to establish human-in-the-loop validation, auditability, traceability, and secure sensitive-data handling standards.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI use, engineering controls, security, resiliency, data sensitivity, and risk-based governance.
- Experience solving complex technology problems across one or more technical disciplines.
- Understanding of the business and practical cloud-native experience.
- Preferred experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Preferred advanced knowledge of software architecture, applications, technical processes, and disciplines such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
