Responsibilities

  • Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute hands-on to software development, architecture, design, code review, and optimization of critical components.
  • Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD platforms, automation toolchains, and automated build processes.
  • Design and maintain secure software using application-security controls and secure coding practices.
  • Develop and integrate solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Design APIs, microservices, distributed systems, responsive user interfaces, and micro-frontend architectures.
  • Establish testing strategies and collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, and other teams for seamless delivery.
  • Embed observability, monitoring, logging, reliability, scalability, and performance practices into development.
  • Support continuous learning, collaboration, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of proven software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Golang.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, PyTest, and Testify.
  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture, responsive UI development, web components, API design, gRPC, and RESTful services.
  • Practical experience with microservices, domain-driven design, distributed systems, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus Linux, networking, scripting, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, reliability engineering, secure coding, and application security practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Git-based version control.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and test-driven development practices.
  • Preferred qualifications include Grafana experience, UML design modeling, event-driven systems, real-time data processing, ML/AI platforms, and UX/UI design principles.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, time-management, and influencing skills in diverse global teams.
