Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based parsers for enterprise-server diagnostic logs.
- Enhance backend systems that transform diagnostic data into actionable information for technical support teams.
- Extend support tooling for new enterprise-server technologies, including GPU- and AI-enabled hardware.
- Contribute to automated workflows that identify hardware faults and support downstream remediation.
- Deliver reliable production software aligned with hardware releases and customer-support needs.
- Investigate complex server-log challenges and develop maintainable software solutions.
- Coordinate technical dependencies and deliverables with distributed international engineering teams.
- Own assigned development activities and participate in team synchronization and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Strong professional software-development experience with demonstrated senior-level Python capability.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, maintainable code, debugging, testing, and reliable production software.
- Experience with backend development, data processing, parsing, log analysis, or comparable complex technical-data development.
- Ability to independently own technical assignments, identify dependencies, solve problems, and drive work to completion.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a distributed international engineering environment.
- Fluent English for day-to-day technical communication and global-team collaboration.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure, Linux environments, large-scale data processing, server diagnostics, automation, AI/ML-related solutions, or hardware-support systems is advantageous.
