Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI agent workflows across frontend, backend, and orchestration layers.
- Build user experiences that embed AI into business workflows.
- Implement agent orchestration, tool integration, multi-agent collaboration, and human approval workflows.
- Create evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and quality controls for non-deterministic AI systems.
- Develop reusable platform services, templates, and engineering standards.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
- Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET development.
- Strong TypeScript and React experience.
- Experience delivering production applications powered by LLMs or agentic AI systems.
- Experience designing evaluations, testing strategies, or quality frameworks for AI-powered applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure and infrastructure-as-code experience, agent orchestration framework experience, copilot or agent user-interface experience, and platform, developer-experience, or reusable-infrastructure experience.
