Base Salary
$195k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical direction and roadmap for the Identity and Access Management Platform.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of a secure and accessible system.
- Collaborate with the Information Security team to enhance customer data security standards.
- Guide the architectural evolution of Identity engineering systems.
- Align complex technical requirements and influence product direction.
- Evaluate and prototype new technologies to foster innovation.
- Mentor and develop technical leaders within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience with 8 years in the field.
- Experience building highly scalable APIs using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of software development principles for scalable systems.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like Kotlin, Ruby, C#, or C++.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing technical leaders.
- Experience in fast-paced organizations and balancing business needs with engineering improvements.
- Passion for clean code and architecture.
