Responsibilities
- Build and scale a QA automation platform across all distribution channels.
- Own API and contract testing to protect client integrations.
- Automate data quality checks for file and cloud data delivery.
- Run performance and load testing at scale.
- Validate AI-native channels, including MCP and LLM output.
- Create reproducible test environments and synthetic data.
- Embed quality gates in CI/CD and champion shift-left testing.
- Lead through high-quality test design, engineering standards, and collaboration with developers on quality ownership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles.
- Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch in TypeScript or Python.
- Strong API, contract, and performance testing experience.
- Solid SQL and data validation skills.
- Experience testing cloud-native systems on AWS within CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tooling, including terminal-based agents, AI-augmented IDEs, or automated workflows.
- Basic understanding of financial services or capital markets.
- Ability to communicate quality risks and trade-offs clearly.
